  • Hotel account data: information provided by hotel staff for onboarding, including property knowledge, staff notification emails, and dashboard account details.
  • Guest messaging data: SMS message content, phone numbers, timestamps, and related operational data processed on behalf of the hotel.
  • Technical data: logs, device/browser information, and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the OVARA platform.
  • Respond to access requests and customer support inquiries.
  • Deliver guest SMS responses and route service requests per hotel configuration.
  • Send operational emails to hotel staff (for example, service request notifications).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing

Your choices
